Position Overview:

We are seeking exceptional and driven Call Center Agents to join our prestigious Karachi office. Your role will be to schedule appointments for our top-performing consultants based in the UK, who consistently close high-value deals.

Working Hours:

• 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM PKT

• 2+ years of outbound call center experience.
• British accent required.
• Proficiency in English; IELTS score of 6.5 or above is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the UK.
• Schedule appointments for senior consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Achieve and exceed set performance targets.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: $400 per month.
• Commission Structure:
• Basic Performance: 3 closes/month
• $175 per week | $700 per month | $8,400 per year
• Realistic Aim: 5 closes/month
• $225 per week | $900 per month | $10,800 per year
• High Performance: 7 closes/month
• $275 per week | $1,100 per month | $13,200 per year
