All calls are from the US, therefore a good command on spoken and written english is a must!

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Representatives to join our team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining clear and detailed notes.Allof our calls will come from the US, so proficiency in both spoken and written English is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed notes on customer interactions.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company services.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Computer and Typing Skills.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
