*Location:* North Nazimabad, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities
 

• Engage with potential customers through live chat software and chat platforms such as Discord to provide product information and answer inquiries promptly.
• Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously, ensuring each interaction receives focused attention and meets quality standards.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits to persuade and convert prospects into buyers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives through proactive outreach and diligent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems as required to support sales tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address client concerns and improve the sales process.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
• Adapt to evolving sales strategies and tools to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all communications to build long-term customer relationships.
