CMS Developer Intern

About the job
We're looking for a motivated CMS Developer to take on full-cycle development of custom themes — from concept to launch, and ongoing updates. This is a fully remote role in Pakistan.

What You’ll Do:

Build custom CMS themes and templates from scratch based on design files, specs, or creative direction.
Work across WordPress, Framer, Ghost, Webflow, and other platforms as needed.
Maintain and update themes post-launch, ensuring compatibility with platform updates and user feedback.
Optimize for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.
Collaborate directly with the a cross-functional team, shipping real products to real users.

You Should Have:

Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
Experience building or editing WordPress themes (custom, block-based, or child themes).
Willingness to learn new CMS platforms quickly (Framer, Ghost, etc.).
Attention to UI/UX detail and ability to build pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
Familiarity with Git, CLI, and basic deployment practices.
A self-directed, problem-solving mindset. You're not afraid to figure things out.

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with Framer, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, or Hugo.
Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
Portfolio of themes, templates, or client work (even personal projects count).
