Community Manager - Karachi-Office Based Job - Freshers

Looking for FRESHERS for community manager role in our Karach DHA Office. Community managers build, grow, and manage an online community of users, customers, or followers. You will be responsible for developing community initiatives, managing social media platforms and facilitating meaningful interactions between the client and their audience.

Job Description:

• Monitor community platforms for discussions, issues and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members and in online spaces to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Gather and analyse feedback from the community to inform marketing teams.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, including member growth, activity levels and sentiment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging platforms to continually enhance community engagement strategies.

Timings: Monday to Friday, 12.30 PM - 5.30 PM (In-Office in DHA) and 10.30 PM - 1.30 AM (WFH), Saturday WFH.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
