Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: A15, Malik Apartment, Near New Sohni Bakers, Malir Halt, Karachi.

Fusion Ave (Private) Limited (FAPL) is a leading provider of back office processing services to leading accounting and taxation firms in the United States. We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer with LLB qualifications and with immigration law expertise to join our growing team and contribute to our compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations,
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure all processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Advise clients and management on legal and compliance risks.
• Develop and update internal compliance policies in accordance with the latest legal requirements.
• Draft and review compliance documents, ensuring timely submissions to relevant authorities.
• Liaise with legal bodies and regulatory agencies as required to maintain compliance.
• Support the organization in handling compliance-related inquiries, investigations, and audits.
• Help the Organization in establishing the "Immigration Section" and do all the necessary research to buildup this new department by providing excellent services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• LLB degree is required.
• Knowledge of immigration law is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong research skills to analyze legal texts and stay updated on changing regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related documents and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in regulatory compliance or legal roles is a plus.
