The Customer Service serves as the first point of contact for patients/clients, assisting them with their healthcare-related inquiries. It involves handling calls, chat, and email queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats from patients regarding service inquiries and appointments.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed.
  • Resolve patient complaints and issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  • Maintain accurate patient records by updating contact details and appointment statuses.
  • Follow up on patient inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth communication and patient flow.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is an advantage.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
