Job Opening: Customer Service Representative – Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Location: Malir Shamsi Society, Karachi

Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:30 pm to 2:30 am

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us:
We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients by delivering essential medical products with care and efficiency. As we expand our operations, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to DME orders, inquiries, and support.
  • Process new equipment orders, insurance verifications, and authorizations.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (billing, delivery, production) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm deliveries, satisfaction, and ongoing needs.

Requirements:

  • Good English Speaker
  • Quick Learner & Active Listener
  • Strong Communication Skills
