Customer Support Officer - 02 Network

Job Description

We are seeking energetic and fluent English-speaking part-timers to assist the existing Customer Support Officer on the O2 network whose mobile contracts are ending, with upgrading to a new deal. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and telecommunication, with flexible part-time shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to existing O2 customers whose contracts are nearing completion or have already ended.
• Understand customers’ mobile usage needs and assist them in selecting the best handset and contract for their needs.
• Help customers upgrade their contracts, offering tailored suggestions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while providing excellent service.

Skills Required:

• Fluent in English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong communication skills and active listening ability.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
