Role Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Support Representative for the Be Forward Japan Campaign. We seek professionals with a proven track record in auto sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Collaborate with Be Forward Japan to connect clients with premium used cars.
2- Utilize exceptional English communication and typing skills to interact with clients across various channels, including calls, chats, and social media.
3- Efficiently manage time to meet client needs and deadlines.
4- Provide knowledgeable assistance to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
5- Engage in business-to-business sales activities, successfully closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6- Develop and apply strategies for customer retention and loyalty through dedicated after-sale service.

Experience:

1- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Auto Trading Sales.
2- Understanding of Japanese Auction Sheets.
3- Proven success in deal closure and B2B sales.

Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
