About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our US-based customers, delivering exceptional service while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM software.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain the highest standards of professionalism during every customer interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000

Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
