Customer Support Representative (International)

Arthur Lawrence (US based IT Staffing Company in Karachi) is hiring experienced customer support representatives for American recruitment domain.

Who should apply?

• Customer support representatives/specialists experienced in dealing with American/International clientele
• A people’s person, comfortable in communicating in person, over the phone and emails
• Willing to work in US timings (i.e. from 7pm to 4am PKT) with free pick and drop
• Looking for a growth-oriented, long term career

Must haves:

• Worked in US or Canadian campaigns (voice campaigns)
• Fluent in speaking English / US accent required
• Worked in nigh shifts or evening shifts
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in US or Canadian campaigns

Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timings: 7:00 pm - 4:00 am (PKT) from Monday to Friday only (free pick and drop will be provided)

Training: Complete training will be provided about US recruitment

Remuneration: Base Salary PKR 65,000 + incentives + free pick and drop facility + complementary dinner + PF + medical insurance + life insurance + EOBI + OPD + gym reimbursements + paid leaves + annual appraisal + trainings
