Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Lead Generation

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Updates: Efficiently input and update essential data into our systems or databases, ensuring 100% accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Lead Generation through Calls: Play a pivotal role in driving our growth by making outbound calls to potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships.
• Data Verification & Quality Control: Review, validate, and correct data for accuracy, ensuring timely and seamless updates while resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Report Generation & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and data analytics to track lead generation efforts, and assist in making data-driven decisions for strategic growth.
• Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold the highest standards of data security by ensuring sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Data Audits & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.
• Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and office support, including organizing documents, filing records, and helping maintain office efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications or training are a plus).
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or lead generation is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software tools.
• Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for making lead-generation calls and effectively conveying information.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving tasks to completion.
