Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Updates: Accurately input and maintain data in our systems.
• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating new business opportunities.
• Data Verification & Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and updates.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict data security standards.
• Administrative Support: Provide general clerical assistance to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (additional certifications a plus).
• Experience: Previous data entry or lead generation experience is preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Skills:
• Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills for lead-generation calls.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
