Role Description The Director at Kamsoft Technologies is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This position oversees strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. The Director leads cross-functional teams, sets performance targets, and manages key projects from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, guiding solution design, monitoring financial and operational performance, and driving continuous improvement across processes and services. The role also involves mentoring senior staff, supporting business development efforts, and representing the organization in high-level internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
 

• Proven leadership experience in technology, consulting, or digital transformation, with the ability to set vision and drive execution.
• Strong background in strategic planning, project and program management, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across functions such as product, engineering, sales, and operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience at executive levels.
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, enterprise solutions, and modern business models for SMBs and large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial metrics, manage budgets, and contribute to revenue growth and profitability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
