Dispatch Executive

Job Description

1. Assist with the dispatch of finished goods and coordinate with the sales team and resources to ensure efficient operations.
2. Monitor deliveries, provide timely updates, and collaborate with the team to address any challenges.
3. Maintain accurate logs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
4. Resolve minor delivery issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
5. Create gate passes through SAP, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Verify materials loaded on trucks to ensure compliance with delivery and shipping requirements.
7. Lead and motivate team members to ensure smooth operations while fostering a collaborative work environment.
8. Conduct monthly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
9. Maintain Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Material Yards with a focus on 5S principles to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
