WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR EMBROIDERY DIGITIZER

Are you an experienced Senior Embroidery Digitizer with strong Wilcom skills and a passion for delivering production-ready embroidery files? Join Dynamo Stitches and play a key role in leading our digitizing team and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Create high-quality embroidery files for caps, flats, 3D Puff, appliqué, and more.

✔ Apply proper underlay, density, pull compensation, and sequencing.

✔ Manage and support a team of digitizers.

✔ Perform QC checks to ensure accuracy and production readiness.

✔ Maintain quality, productivity, and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Senior Embroidery Digitizer.

✔ Advanced knowledge of Wilcom Embroidery Software.

✔ Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and production requirements.

✔ Experience in team management and quality control.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and leadership skills.

Shift: Night

Timing: 9pm-6am
