Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Language Specialist (Transcription) to work on a contract basis. The role involves transcribing and editing audio content with high accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English and prior transcription experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio files into accurate written English text with proper formatting.

• Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.

• Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines and transcription standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Meet deadlines for transcription deliverables as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong listening comprehension skills.

• Prior experience in transcription, editing, or proofreading roles.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.

• Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
