IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be implementing strategies to conform to Legal requirements , Coordinates with region regarding court proceedings and communicates status of cases. Prepares Legal reports and issue reports to keep higher management informed about the results of court cases all over the country

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Examine the cases and Identify key legal issues. Profiling of similar or related cases. Appearance before the Civil Court, NIRC and High courts.
Drafts various company documents. Prepare legal correspondence.
Arrange information required by external lawyers and ensure attendance of the company’s officials in the courts, if required in consultation with GM Deal with internal and external auditors.
Implements strategy as per the company policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements that is agreed upon by the management.
Keeps the higher management fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, also keep all levels of management informed about any new applicable laws, and of the progress and results of court cases all over the country.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

LLB .

Experience:

01 to 02 Years of experience of handling legal matters.

Competencies:

Negotiation Skills
Communication Skills
Analytics
