What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, upscale environment. Experience with complex coffee drinks and cocktails is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Personality: Friendly, attentive, and professional with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Work Ethic: Must be able to handle a full house with grace and efficiency while maintaining high standards of service.
• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
• Knowledgeably serve specialty coffee, cocktails, and food offerings.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and recommend pairings based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
