Field Support Officer

Job Description

You will help our clients quickly whenever they need support. 

You will:

• Respond to client requests as soon as a ticket is generated.
• Deliver household items, groceries, and medicines.
• Visit clients to help solve their problems in quick time.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Good personality and communication skills.
• Calm, kind, and a good listener.
• Must have experience as a dispatch rider.

Salary: PKR 60,000/month
