Responsibility:

  • Responsible for maintaining the records of Fixed Assets modules.
  • Plan, Execute and monitor the re physical activities of organizational Fixed Assets inventory through teams
  • Inspection of Capex items on arrival and coordination with all concern departments.
  • Responsible for management Random Fixed asset survey’s. Identifications and tagging.
  • Involved in making daily / weekly / monthly reports in coordination of Fixed Assets, accounts and inventory teams.
  • Responsible for making sure of Fixed Assets tags are in placed accordingly.
  • Performing daily / weekly /monthly and quarterly stock counts
  • Any other work activity assigned by Incharge/HOD

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Intermediate with at least 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
