What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with carriers, shippers, and customers

Negotiate rates and contracts to drive profitable deals

Manage freight transportation from start to finish

Track shipments and provide top-notch client communication

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations

Utilize our state-of-the-art TMS for smooth operations

What You Need to Succeed:

1+ years of sales experience or a desire/appetite to learn.

Strong understanding of the trucking industry & brokerage operations

A proven sales track record—you know how to close deals!

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
