Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Front Sales Executive (eBooks) to manage client communication, present services, and support the sales process for our eBook publishing department. This role involves coordinating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound clients and inquiries.
• Explain eBook services, pricing, and project workflows to new leads.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
• Coordinate with the production team to gather project details and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and communications.
• Assist clients with their initial setup, requirements, and FAQs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience in all interactions.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or digital services (preferred).
• Confident personality with professional phone and chat etiquette.
• Basic understanding of digital publishing or eBooks (training provided).
• Ability to work in night shift.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or tracking tools.

Note: Pick-up and drop-off facility will be provided for female employees only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Intermediate (Required)

Experience:

• Ebook sales: 1 year (Required)
