Job Title: Female Compliance Officer – Evening Shift
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site – Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar Branches)

• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Overview

ABS International is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Compliance Officer to help drive operational integrity and regulatory adherence. This role is ideal for women who are passionate about upholding high ethical standards and are looking for long-term professional growth in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Development: Create, update, and implement internal compliance policies aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
• Operational Monitoring: Regularly monitor activities to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Audits & Risk Assessments: Identify and mitigate compliance risks through periodic audits and evaluations.
• Staff Training: Lead educational sessions on compliance protocols and ethical practices.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Investigation & Resolution: Investigate compliance-related concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay current on legal and industry regulations to keep company practices up to date.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work with HR, Legal, and Operations to maintain consistent compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in compliance, legal, risk, or audit-related roles.
• Knowledge: Familiar with frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or local equivalents.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Critical Thinking: Able to evaluate complex issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Time Management: Efficient in handling multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Professional Integrity: Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
