Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a General Manager Production - Sewing Division. The General Manager will oversee the Sewing Division - ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, managing production schedules, supervising quality control, leading a production team, and coordinating with the manufacturing department to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
Experience in Quality Control and Manufacturing processes
Team Leadership abilities and excellent managerial skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is preferred
