Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Global Network Operations Center Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network operations, international customer support, and cross-functional coordination within a professional telecom and IT environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with handling international customer queries and complaints, coordinating with internal technical teams such as NOC, Fiber Optic, and Transmission, and ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Professionally handle international customer queries and complaints related to network issues via email, phone, and ticketing systems.

· Act as a key liaison between international customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt coordination and resolution of reported issues.

· Provide timely, clear, and professional updates to customers, maintaining a high standard of English communication.

· Continuously monitor network performance and promptly escalate any critical issues to the relevant teams.

· Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and escalations for future reference and analysis.

· Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting network-related issues, gaining valuable technical exposure.

· Identify recurring service issues and share valuable insights to enhance service quality.

· Work in rotating shifts to provide seamless support to international customers across different time zones.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with international customers.

· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of network infrastructure, fiber optics, and telecom transmission systems.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ticketing systems is an added advantage.

· Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to support global operations.
