We are not looking for a Canva based and Ai dependent candidate- this job is for skilled person.

A (real estate and recreational management) Group of Companies is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and creative Graphic Designer to produce high-impact visual content across our social media profiles and brand portfolio. You will work within brand guidelines to handle monthly visual calendars and offline digital print collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content Creation: Design creative still posts and basic motion graphics/reels (senior design support provided).
• Print & Branding Assets: Create digital print designs including billboards, standees, corporate stationery, and event branding elements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly align with each project’s unique creative guidelines.
• Workflow & Assets: Utilize premium, company-provided paid tools and assets to streamline your design process and stay aligned with modern trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Software Expertise: Proficiency in standard Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• OS & Tools: Hands-on experience working on macOS / iOS.
• Design Approach: Strong foundational design skills. Note: Designers relying on Canva or full AI generation will not be considered. Paid AI tools will be provided exclusively for element generation, not final layouts.
• Soft Skills: Quick learner, observant, highly responsible, and able to perform efficiently under monthly content schedules.
