Graphics Designer / UI / UX

Job Description

Dean’s Group is a dynamic and innovative group of four companies based in the heart of the Birmingham, United Kingdom. We are committed to delivering excellence in security, cleaning, training and recruitment services.  

We're seeking a talented, detail oriented, UI/UX, and also video editor Graphics Designer onboard. Knowledge on Adobe suite, Canva, Indesign, Illustrator, Figma and any video editing softwares.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital media, including websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design engaging materials that align with brand messaging.
• Design eye-catching graphics for email campaigns, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Design user-centered interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Exceptional creative flair and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while efficiently managing time.
• The capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, balancing speed with quality.
• Outstanding communication skills and a knack for teamwork.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
• A proactive approach to learning and adaptation in response to job or organizational changes.

• Work Mode: On-site/Full Time
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Experience: 2-3 years
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Timing: 9 - 5 pm UK timings
• Note: Looking for immediate joiners.
