Handyman - Plumber / Carpentry / Painting

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with core expertise in plumbing and the ability to perform basic carpentry and painting tasks. The role requires proactive maintenance support to ensure all minor repairs and upkeep of building infrastructure are handled efficiently, ensuring a safe and operational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Plumbing 

(Primary Responsibility):

Perform routine plumbing maintenance, installation, and repairs including water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.

Address issues like leaking pipes, clogged drains, broken taps, and faulty flush tanks.

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.

Carpentry (Support Role):

Conduct minor carpentry repairs including fixing door hinges, locks, windows, and basic furniture.

Install small wooden fittings like shelves or brackets as needed.

Painting (Support Role):

Perform touch-up paint jobs and minor surface repairs.

Prepare walls/surfaces before painting and ensure clean finishing.

General Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by staff or supervisors.

Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tools are maintained in good condition.

Follow company safety protocols and report major maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Maintain logs of daily tasks completed and materials used.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Middle / Matriculation.

2+ years of experience in plumbing, with additional skills in carpentry and painting.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to diagnose issues and work independently.
