Job Description

The Head of Recruitment at Recruit AI leads the recruitment strategy and oversees the entire talent acquisition process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently. This role involves developing and implementing innovative recruitment methodologies that align with organizational goals. The Head of Recruitment is responsible for optimizing processes, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Leading a team of six recruitment professionals, this role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and guide the team to achieve measurable recruitment success and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. This leadership position demands a strategic mindset and expertise in lean recruitment methodologies to streamline and enhance recruitment operations. The Head of Recruitment collaborates closely with different departments to understand hiring needs and implements best practices to attract highly qualified candidates. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies, and a strong foundation in stakeholder management to align recruitment goals with business objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment process to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of six recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and design recruitment plans that meet those requirements.
  • Implement and promote lean recruitment methodologies to streamline hiring processes and minimize resource waste.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
  • Evaluate and select recruitment technologies and external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities.
  • Develop and manage talent pipeline strategies, including sourcing passive candidates and employer branding activities.
