HR Officer

One of our client leading Printing and Packaging Company is looking for HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records including joining forms, CNIC copies, contracts, ID cards, and department assignments
• Handle attendance management, monitor daily in/out timing, late arrivals, and absenteeism
• Prepare monthly attendance sheets for payroll processing
• Track and process leave applications, holidays, and off-day approvals
• Coordinate with department heads for staff requirements and assist in recruitment
• Conduct initial interviews, issue appointment letters, and handle onboarding
• Maintain record of warnings, notices, terminations, and resignations
• Enforce discipline policies, escalate labor issues to management as required
• Support compliance with labor laws and EOBI/SS, and help with audit-related HR documentation
• Maintain a healthy work environment through employee support and coordination
• Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and circulars for staff and management
• Assist in conducting training sessions, safety briefings, and policy awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
• Strong knowledge of attendance systems, HR documentation, and labor handling
• Familiarity with labor law basics, EOBI, and factory compliance is a plus
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic report preparation
• Organized, people-focused, and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
