About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team at PsychPlus. This role is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring accuracy of information, and coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance benefits for new and existing patients.
Contact insurance providers to confirm coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and pre-authorizations.
Update patient records with verified insurance information.
Communicate with clinical teams regarding insurance discrepancies or limitations.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

STRONG ability to speak and write in English professionally.
Prior experience in insurance verification or medical billing preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The expected base pay for this role will be between 90,000.00 PKR – 120,000.00 PKR monthly at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other PsychPlus Health-sponsored benefits.
