Role Description The Inventory Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This position is responsible for accurately recording and maintaining inventory levels, including receiving, labeling, storing, and issuing parts and materials. Day-to-day tasks include verifying incoming shipments, updating inventory records in the system, performing regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies. The role also involves coordinating with the service, spare parts, and procurement teams to ensure stock availability, preparing inventory reports, and complying with company policies and safety standards. The Inventory Clerk is expected to support efficient warehouse operations and contribute to timely and accurate deliveries to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

 

  • Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to handle incoming and outgoing goods, verify documentation, and ensure accurate processing of materials.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Physical Inventory to conduct regular stock counts, reconcile differences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to monitor stock levels, track movements, and support replenishment and organization of parts and materials.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clarify inventory needs, and report issues clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy to work with inventory management software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications.
  • Attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to follow standardized procedures are essential.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • A secondary school certificate or equivalent is required; additional vocational training in supply chain or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and perform tasks that may involve standing, lifting, or moving materials in a safe manner.
