Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
Perform system maintenance and coordinate hardware repairs.
Collaborate on complex issues and communicate resolutions.
Ensure IT security compliance and conduct asset audits.
Propose solutions for recurring technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors in IT / Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience in IT support & network technology

Experience: 2-3 years.

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using IT service management tools.
