Position: Junior Design Specialist (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts and ideas to the team members.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content.
• Create static and dynamic visual assets, such as illustrations, icons, logos, & infographics.
• Offer creative input and feedback throughout design rounds and process.
• Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines and budget
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on creative projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in media studies, visual arts, or a related field.
• Must be proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects & audition).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Excellent creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong time management skills, multitasking & the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Must be proficient in 2D animation & motion graphics.
• Experience with 3D animation and modeling is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
