Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven key account coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to coordinate and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering value and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service

Analyze account performance and provide insights for growth opportunities

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients

Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office A team player with a positive, enthusiastic approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in IT Industry

Presentation and negotiation skills
