Job Title: Lead Generation Expert / Business Developer

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Expert / Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at building relationships and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
• Proactively reach out to potential clients in the recruiting sector to introduce our services and explore business opportunities.
• Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and competitor research.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
2. Vendor Relationship Building:
• Engage with vendors and partners in the recruitment industry to foster strong relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate activities that drive mutual business growth.
3. Sales & Business Development:
• Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients and partners, and create tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
4. Networking & Market Research:
• Stay informed about developments in the recruitment industry and competitor activities to effectively position the firm in the market.
5. Reporting & Metrics:
• Track outreach efforts, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Provide regular updates and reports on progress towards business development goals.


Must-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the staffing/recruiting industry (U.S. market experience preferred).
• Business development experience, particularly in outbound outreach and client acquisition.
• Lead generation experience, including using CRM tools like HubSpot (nice to have).
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related).
