Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for its client, a fast-growing international company operating in the e-commerce / logistics sector. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth last-mile execution across Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily last-mile deliveries.
• Monitor courier operations and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and update order status in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Follow up on delayed, returned, or failed deliveries.
• Communicate with courier companies and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain delivery performance reports and KPIs.
• Work closely with warehouse and customer support teams.
• Control return rates and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or courier operations.
• Strong knowledge of courier services in Pakistan (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx, Rider, M&P, etc.).
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations.
• Experience in COD / e-commerce logistics will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of return management and failed delivery handling.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple courier partners efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
