Job Opportunity: Male Chief Accountant – Non-Profit Organization

A well-established non-profit organization-Education and Welfare Sector is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Male Chief Accountant to lead its accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and audit requirements
• Lead statutory audits and implement internal audit recommendations
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors and the Audit Committee
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and budgeting
• Mentor and supervise the accounting team
• Prepare and present periodical financial reports to the management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• ACCA, CA, or ACMA (qualified/finalist)
• CIA qualified/part-qualified with working experience in NPO will be an advantage
• 15–20 years of senior-level accounting/finance experience
• Proven leadership in accounting for non-profits
• Strong knowledge of tax and audit regulations
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
• Preference will be given to candidates from a religious background
