About the Company

We are in the process of launching a new medical practice specializing in health and wellness, weight loss, and practical care, with operations scheduled to begin in June. We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing needs and help shape the clinic’s brand identity and online presence from the ground up.

Job Overview

As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you’ll take the lead in designing our digital footprint, creating compelling content, and managing branding and social media. This is a great opportunity to get in early and grow with a mission-driven startup clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

Build a clean, professional, and user-friendly website
Ensure site content is optimized for patient engagement and ease of use

Social Media Management

Set up and manage social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Produce engaging and informative content for digital platforms
Create and maintain a content calendar with consistent, engaging posts
Monitor messages and comments to support community engagement

Branding

Design a clinic logo
Establish and maintain consistent brand identity (colors, typography, imagery)

Nice to Have but not required

Previous experience working with startups or new clinic launches
Familiarity with basic SEO and analytics tools
Experience drafting basic marketing plan tailored for a new clinic launch
Experience applying foundational SEO strategies to boost website visibility
Portfolio showcasing branding or social media content
Experience with Analytics & Reporting
Experience preparing simple reports to track performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications

Experience in web development and design
Experience in digital marketing, branding, or design (preferably in health/wellness)
Proficient in website platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
Experience in social media management
Experience in content creation
Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for content and design
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Must be available during CST hours (Monday to Friday)

Technical Requirements

Reliable computer with high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
Noise-canceling headset and working webcam
Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Additional Requirements

Valid NBI clearance and government-issued ID
Short video introduction (1–2 minutes)
No other active clients during scheduled work hours
