Mechatronics Engineer

Star Soft Industry is seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer with up to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field and has practical knowledge in PLC programming, automation, control systems design, and integration of electrical and mechanical systems. This role demands strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to enhance and optimize manufacturing processes through effective system integration and automation. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test mechatronic systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. The Mechatronics Engineer does not manage a team but works collaboratively to design, implement, and maintain control systems and automation solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in sensor integration, actuator control systems, and thorough testing of mechatronic systems. The engineer is responsible for ensuring system reliability and performance, actively supporting production goals, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role at Star Soft Industry.
Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and implement control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Perform system integration tasks, combining electrical, mechanical, and software components to create efficient mechatronic systems.
• Program and optimize PLCs for process control and automation.
• Conduct testing and validation of mechatronic systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system failures and performance issues to provide effective solutions.
• Integrate sensors and actuators into control systems to monitor and regulate manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve system performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support maintenance activities by diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to mechatronic systems.
• Document engineering processes, test results, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, control systems, and mechatronics to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in system design and operation.
