Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

-Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
-Fresh or up to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations

  • Maintaining HR records and systems
  • Preparing HR reports, dashboards and management summaries
  • Attendance, leave and workforce data analysis
  • HR compliance and employee engagement support
