We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) – Sales to join our dynamic insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in the insurance sector. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training in sales strategies, client management, and insurance products, leading to potential leadership roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of insurance products and services.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Work closely with senior sales professionals to gain hands-on experience.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is an advantage but not required.
