Key Responsibilities
● Office Supplies Procurement: Oversee office supplies procurement, inventory
management, and coordinate with the HR Operations and Analytics Lead for
employee asset procurement.
● Office Facility Management: Manage office maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and
ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
● Staff Supervision: Supervise office support staff, including assigning tasks,
providing training, and evaluating performance.
● Employee Support Services: Coordinate employee parking passes, address
employee off site travel and residence requirements. Manage employee attendance
through enrollment in attendance devices.
● Office Security and Networking: Implement and maintain office security measures,
including CCTV surveillance and access control. Manage office networking and
internet connectivity.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
● Strong organizational and planning skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in office management software and tools.
