Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations. This part-time role requires a professional who can ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, support financial coordination, and improve overall office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams to support budget tracking, payroll processes, and compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc administrative or operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and basic financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Availability for part-time hours, with flexibility for critical meetings or reviews.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
