Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Undertake special assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Location: Shaheed e Millat Road Karachi
Compensation: 35k to 45k
