Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
• Assist customers with product information and issue resolution.
• Process orders and follow up on leads.

Requirements:

• Laptop, Headgear, and Stable Internet at Home are mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
