Order Booker

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Booker Man to handle the booking and coordination of product orders for Agrify Ispaghol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, booking orders accurately, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the dispatch team, and sales records. Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or online channels. Book sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain sales records and update the database regularly. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Follow up with clients for confirmation and satisfaction. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Provide daily reports to the sales team lead or management. Requirements: Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English. Previous experience in booking or sales coordination (preferred).
