Outreach Speacialist

Blackbox Studios is looking for an outreach specialist to establish relationships with online platforms, websites, and influencers. This role focuses on promoting the company’s brand, generating backlinks for SEO, increasing brand awareness, and driving website traffic through proactive outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, including their contact information, industry details, and outreach history.

2. Regularly update and segment the database to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

3. Reach out to potential clients through email marketing, social media channels, and website communications.

4. Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to generate interest and build relationships.

5. Plan, create, and distribute brand communication materials, such as email campaigns, newsletters, and social media updates.

6. Ensure that all communications align with the agency’s tone, voice, and branding guidelines.

7. Implement SEO strategies to enhance the agency’s digital visibility and improve search engine rankings.

8. Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls with potential clients to discuss their needs and present our services.

9. Collaborate with internal team members to successfully deliver projects.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital PR or related field
